We tried to sell our house ourselves first not realizing what we were getting into. We attracted a lot of people who weren't serious and others who wanted it but could not find financing and we couldn't help them get it. We interviewed several agents and they all seemed confident but when we really looked at there proposals they left gray areas and when we asked about those areas they would say trust us we know what were doing. Then we met Beth, she had an excellent marketing plan with the latest technology for tracking and finding potential buyers; she answered all our questions and did not leave any gray areas. She told us everything that she would do and kept us informed all the way through. We had other problems come up with our house like incomplete documents prior to our owning the home which we would have been lost on how to fix. She had the expertise to handle all situations and complete the sale. Best of all we had an excepted offer 2 weeks from the day she took over the sale of our home. We can not thank Beth enough and would highly recommend anybody considering selling their home to talk with Beth.
